The pain from plantar fasciitis of my left foot caused me to stop playing competitive volleyball and I had to greatly modify my fitness training and exercise. In early 2024, I was diagnosed with a bone spur in my right heel, which caused Achilles tendonitis. To my surprise, I felt instant relief and continued treatments for the full allowed duration. With each session, the pain diminished, and by the end of the recovery period, I was entirely pain-free. Now, nearly seven months later, I’m happy to say I’m walking and running normally—without surgery! Shockwave Therapy truly worked wonders.
